The tortilla chips for our event are being produced by McKechnie Foods in Aylmer, Ontario. They are a local family-owned business which produces a restaurant-style tortilla chip.
"McKechnie Foods has been in business since 1997, making fresh stone-ground corn tortillas and tortilla chips from the start. Local food with an international flavour." The chips are made with non-GMO corn and sunflower oil.
